Tesol Program July/2021 (Course for teachers)
Teacher’s course TESOL is a concise course to learn how to teach English to speakers of other languages. This four-week intensive program covers the four mains skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing), as well as the key systems (lexis, phonology, grammar) inherent in language teaching. We focus on teaching modern principle and techniques. Our program is full of practical teaching tips and multiple opportunities to practice the skills as they’re taught. On completion of this course, graduates will have the knowledge and skills to step into the classroom.

– Give constructive feedback to students
– Teach listening, speaking, reading and writing

Admission Requirements:
International Students must pass the Vancouver International College – Career Campus Entrance Interview AND provide one of the following: A recognized international English language equivalency test score, OR a pass on our entrance exam; OR
show proof of one: TOEFL® iBT 61, TOEIC 650, IELTS 5.5
Program Length: 4-week Certificate program
26.5 hours per week, Total 106 hours – Monday to Friday
Daily Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9 am – 3:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
